CogAT · Grades 1–8

The CogAT is a reasoning test some schools give when they look at gifted or enriched placement. It has three batteries. Verbal uses pictures in the early grades and words from Grade 3. Quantitative uses number relationships. Nonverbal uses shapes, so a student can answer it without reading. In QuizPrint, Level 7 is the Grade 1 set and Level 13/14 is the Grades 7–8 set.
