Free CogAT quantitative practice worksheets

CogAT · Quantitative · Grades 1–8

The quantitative battery is about number relationships, not a page of long word problems. QuizPrint uses three question types at every grade from 1 to 8. A number analogy gives two pairs and asks for the missing number. A number puzzle shows an equation with a hole and asks which number makes it true. A number series asks which number comes next, or which number is missing. The sample here is Grade 3. Open another grade if you want that year's numbers. This battery does not include the figure grids; those are on the nonverbal page. QuizPrint is not affiliated with Riverside Insights, and these worksheets are not official CogAT questions.

Common questions

What is the difference between a number series and a number puzzle?
A series is a list that follows a rule, and you choose the next or missing number. A puzzle is an equation, and you choose the number that makes it true.
Do quantitative worksheets start only in later grades?
No. Number analogies, number puzzles, and number series are in the QuizPrint quantitative set from Grade 1 through Grade 8. The size of the numbers follows the grade.
