Free CogAT sentence completion worksheets

CogAT · Sentence completion · Grades 3–8

Sentence completion is a single sentence with a blank. The choices are words, and one of them fits the meaning. It is not a long reading passage. QuizPrint includes it in the CogAT verbal set from Grade 3 through Grade 8. The sample is Grade 4, a level where the sentences are still short. Picture items do not use this format. If you want the whole verbal battery, the verbal page mixes sentence completion with analogies and classification. QuizPrint is not affiliated with Riverside Insights, and these worksheets are not official CogAT questions.
