Free CogAT nonverbal practice worksheets

CogAT · Nonverbal · Grades 1–8

The nonverbal battery uses shapes. A student does not need to read a story to answer. Figure classification asks which figure belongs with a set. A figure matrix is a grid with one cell empty; you choose the figure that follows the rows and columns. Paper folding shows a sheet that is folded and punched, and you choose the figure that shows the holes when it is opened. QuizPrint offers these three from Grade 1 through Grade 8. The sample is Grade 4. Grade 8 grids in our bank are the harder figure items for that grade. This page does not mark the right figure. QuizPrint is not affiliated with Riverside Insights, and these worksheets are not official CogAT questions.

Both use figures. CogAT nonverbal in QuizPrint is figure classification, figure matrices, and paper folding. NNAT practice also includes pattern completion and a figure series.
